Hvac Blower Fan Vibration

My theory is that the fan works fine when it doesn t have to work hard but when pulling air through the filter which is new it has to work harder and vibrates.

A few weeks ago my furnace developed a vibration that can be heard throughout the house. Furnace blower vibration i recently sealed all my metal return ducts with mastic along with the return plenum.
