The monitor is the hp 2311x and i plugged in the hdmi vga cables separately together to no avail.
Hp monitor check video cable hdmi.
I then unplugged the new hdmi cable and swapped it for the old one to see if it was the monitor having issues.
The monitor then went to sleep and then instantly powered back on displaying my desktop from my laptop.
Try checking with a different monitor or different cable and check if it helps.
Inspect the video cable and video connectors for damage.
Check the default video source input in the monitor s menu against the default video out for the ps4 in the ps4 manual.
I hope somebody can help me.

These messages are normal when the computer truly goes into sleep mode or loses the video signal such as when the computer is turned off.
The hdmi cable must be connected when it is configured.
I have tried this with both the gpu and motherboard.

However if the monitor displays any of these messages when the computer should be displaying video something.
